I still think they'd be smart to hire Kerstin Matthews

Very hard for the Ivys to take in transfers, and no grad transfer path, so a coach who builds their team by stealing the best players from others is not going to be well suited. Harvard should be an easy place to recruit to. Very appealing destination for a lot of the hockey youth players (and their families)

If I was Hawvard, I'd reach out to Muzzy AKA Calamity Jane. She'd get the roster overhauled with her patented Wheel O Transfer Program in 2 years max.

Is compensation that much higher at Harvard? I would think Potsdam and Duluth have a lower cost of living than Boston. If a coach wants to live in Boston, then maybe that would drive a move. Otherwise, I don't see it.Wisconsin Hockey: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 WE WANT MORE!

Despite EM's visible role in the "Harvard Athletics Celebrates 50yrs of Title IX" documentary (released 6/22 - completely scrubbed in 2 weeks with no mention of KS), I don't think she is guiding this ship. I agree that this program needs a "Fresh" perspective - no association with the previous regime whatsoever. That being said, here are my odds - Who ya got?
