But do we really know? A classic could be going on behind the black net, and we just have to kind of guess as to what is happening.

In OT 3, I thought Q had good control until the 4-on-4, and then PSU almost got a bounce to end it with the puck pinballing around after the point shot.

A mistake of fatigue. A 'tired' penalty, or a defender doesn't quite get into position as quickly as she might, etc.

Still 8 minutes to go in the second OT. Whoever wins this one is going to be gassed against a rested Ohio State on Saturday.

It felt like they played in our zone more than us in theirs. Tessa looks primed to make a play after that final attempt.

    1) 0ct 6, 2018 vs Merrimack (1804)
    2) Feb 1, 2014 vs RIT (1795)

    Looking forward to tonight's game!
It's been a fun game tonight! Here's to a fruitful OT!

As for the 2 games, we wouldn't have been at the 14 game but the 18 Im sure we were since we never missed a mens game since 15. We started going to womens off and on through about 17 but hit a lot more after that. I know we were at most of the ones with post game skates as my great nephew learned to skate with one of the girls in 18.

After two, Penn State is up 2-1 on goals from Olivia Wallin and Kiara Zanon. Both teams took a penalty, and shots on goal are 28-21 for Penn State. Both goalies are really earning their keep in this one.

I thought Penn State had the better of play throughout the period. Really impressed with the quickness of their forwards and their breakout out of their defensive zone. If not for Bothun giving up that rebound that allowed Quinny to score on the ensuing scramble in front this would be 0-0. As LZ stated "Good Stuff so far".

As the period went along, PSU started turning it over too often just inside their defensive blue line. So far, they've either come up with the block or the Bobcat player has failed to get off a good shot, but the Nittany Lions need to clean that up.
