Yale is just scary good. At this point, everyone is. Would not want to play “lower” seeds Clarkson or Harvard, either. OSU pulled off a Colgate-esque come-from-behind victory against the No. 1 Gophers. Kudos to them.

GF - 2
GA - 8
Have not scored first in any game; shut out twice. We need to solve their goalie and not wait until the 3rd period to score.
This is the toughest matchup IMO. Not much of a believer in home ice advantage, but hope it weighs in just enough here. So glad we play Saturday!

Bought my tix today! Hope we get a convincing win. ‘Gate with only 2 penalties in the Championship, much better. Murphy needs to be flawless. That’s a lot of pressure on the ECACH Rookie of the Month!!!

There's no such thing as an unconvincing win in March. Wisconsin started with 2 OTs in 2006, and 4 OTs in 2007. Minnesota needed 3 OTs in 2013. Clarkson went OT in every game in 2018. They still hand you the same trophy if you win out.

I must live in a cave...just heard about the weather. It couldn't come at a worse time! Usually make the long drive there and back the same day or stay in Oneida, but that is a treacherous trip to Hammy. Maybe my nephew will put me up for the night in his dorm LOL. I hope this isn't a bad omen! What rotten luck if the fans can't make it to the game when we actually host it :-/

Outstanding season. Only 3 goals against Yale in 4 games, and couldn’t finish. Congrats to the Bulldogs! Thank you, Seniors!

Great game, great season, another OT. Doesn't get any more exciting than that. You left it all on the ice. Thank you fantastic seniors you helped cement Colgate at the top of the hockey map year after year. Hope to follow some of you in the pros!

I was standing looking right down at the Yale goalie in OT, as Colgate was pounding away in the crease and finally scored, the ref immediately blew it off. He was standing behind the goal and lost sight of the puck, sight blocked by Yale's goalie and many others. The puck was never covered up, it was still free but he couldn't see it. A tough call by the ref but I think Gate got hosed. He also blew off another Colgate goal but it was at the other end of the ice.
A very good college hockey game, we had way more chances from in close including a breakaway but just couldn't finish, that's what cost them the game. Frustrating.
