Your very right, a "fantastic" team shouldn't have to kill multiple 5x3's in a game and perhaps thats Utica's biggest problem over the past few years that always kill us in a game, is that we take way too many un-necessary penalties that cost us the game.......however, Utica is defenitly showing improvment on that this season and its showing by beat top 10 teams and to add to that as a side note, 23 penalties were called last night during the game, i dont know what those ref's were smoking but **** they were calling the slightest hits as penalties and getting hip checks that were clean, as tripping penalties and that was on both sides of the ice.Its one thing to try and control a game but you gotta let the boys play their game last night, i think M'ville fans would agree with me on this one that last night their team definitly got slowed down all the rediculous penalties that were being called.

I've learned over the past few seasons to not get too ahead of ourselves when we do good, but with the way this team is doing right now and with how bad were making teams like #10 Amherst and #8 Manhattanville look out on the ice(and btw Manhattanville was only able to score all three goals on the man advantage last night and nothing on 5x5 play), i would considerably watch this team and see how they do this weekend and next, because although we may not win again like last time, were going to give Oswego St. a hell of a run for their money up at the Campus Centre next weekend.

No. It looked like he beat him top shelf with a clean shot.

Big upset in the Interlock, as Bowdoin falls to Skidmore 7-6 in OT. The Thoroughbreds lead 3-0 through one and 6-2 through two before the Polar Bears stormed back with four goals in the third, tying the game with 50 seconds left. Julian Malakorn scored halfway into overtime to give Skidmore the upset.

    Box score

That will welcome a few folks into the LPS losers bracket and I think create some vacancies in the Interlock LPS

Edit: I guess not. Though I am positive I saw somebody pick Norwich to win this game.
