My understanding the game will indeed replace the ECAC NE game ... probably the last game before the exam/holiday break.

The Norwich/Castleton games are always intense and very exciting for the fans especially at the Rutland arena. This year Castleton has gone out and recruited 12 players some of whom look like they have scoring potential. I expect Castleton to improve a lot this year and be very competitive in the interlock, perhaps turning out to be one of the top teams. Norwich could of picked a much easier apponent but this fan is looking forward to seeing Castleton twice.

It's always fun dodging ice balls coming at your head...I can see why you guys love it!!!

I probable have attended at least 10 games at Rutland Ice Arena, talked to a number of Castleton players and fans and never had problems. Of course I think that guy in the Spartan helmet at games is ridiculous.

And I have attended one...It wasn't fun...I really didn't fear for my safety just the safety of some of the so called student workers... ...I actually can't wait to go back...I won't hold my tongue this time...I can't wait for CSC's visit to Maine this year...Now that should be fun!!!!

One thing sticks out......yet again....we have to face Morrisville the first night on both occasions for the 3rd year in a row! Why does every other SUNYAC team alternate this match up?

Since the interlock will still persist for one more year , you can also begin to piece together ECAC East Schedules. In a week a team doesn't appear they are playing a ECAC East travel pair.

The ECAC East has not yet released the schedule.

Looking quickly at the Bowdoin schedule, the sequence of interlock games seems to be exactly the same as this past season, which should mean that it will be the same for the ECAC East teams too.

Unless that schedule is incomplete, it looks like Bowdoin and Colby aren't playing next year?!?!

Looks like none of the travel partner games are listed, as they are arranged outside of the scheduling framework.
