Are you kidding?? Even the NCAA knows they can't handle the current schedule and need to cut it back more - to just 24 games

Purpose: HOCKEY-L is for the discussion of collegiate ice hockey,
including scores, team info, schedules, etc., allowing fans to
become more involved and knowledgeable about the game.

Substantial information is available via HOCKEY-L subscription,
including current year Division I team and composite schedules
and scores, and other college and Olympic hockey information as
assembled or created by the subscribers. In-season postings
include all Division I scores and descriptions of most games.
Division II, III, and Club hockey discussions are welcome.

See also, HOCKEY3-REQUEST@HOOVILLE.MITRE.ORG for a list devoted
      to Division III college hockey.

Ah, the exhilaration of emailing a bunch of people using one address...the appreciation I felt when people were kind enough to email me personally to tell me how stupid I was rather than send it to the whole LISTSERV...truly a magical time.

Well, like a magician I don't like to give up my secrets, but I guess I will this time

I was looking at this site and this site.
              and found this page
I wanted to see if I could find a bigger picture of this
              and came across this.

BTW, I think the Oswego one came first (based on the what IMO is clearly a Laker uniform) and since the internet was still in its gestation stage (Arpanet, BITNET, CHATDISC, etc) back then I am more baffled as how it quickly it got to Murrayfield, UK - both events were on Nov. 1977.

Heck BITNET didn't start until 1981!!

That would take Utica a full decade to reach that many road games....

This is interesting because it's a drawing done by someone pretty talented.
I doubt he knew it was being used by multiple parties. Looking closer it looks like a Minnesota North Stars player in the foreground and maybe a Blackhawks player behind him. Logos hidden for obvious reasons.

Who here remembers any Platty team that had penalty problems? Hammond thought so! 25 minutes per game ave, really?
