Re: 3/16/14 - Eastern QF - Do you know the way to Central Maine? SCORES!!
I don't know if I am more happy to see another SUNYAC team in or to see Norwich out. Congrats to the Ice Knights, the SUNYAC needs a third national contender and I hope this is just the tip of the iceberg with them.
Well, I'm going to do a farewell tour of upstate New York, hellholes like Plattsburgh. Fred Armisen as Gov. Paterson

Team I Like NFL: BUF NBA: NYK MLB: SEA NHL: NYR College Hockey: Clarkson (DI) Oswego (D3) Soccer: USA, Man United, Rangers (newco and all), Scotland NCAAF & B: SU
Is this a nightmare scenario for tournament planners? No New England team in the final 4 and the closest team is about 500 miles away. Maybe more?
Oh no sweat, no sweat - we SUNYACers travel well.
This is going to be a fun tourney to watch. A new face from the West, the other a perennial champ, while two fresh clubs from the East can test their mettle.

Oswego is the closest team and just a hair under 500 miles. Oswego usually travels well and I bet Genny will have some fans as this is uncharted territory for them.

Great job by the WTOP guys, including LakerEagleLover on Camera 1! I did not hear the WNYO broadcast, but I am sure they were great as well. Thank you for giving up a piece of spring break for today - you all did great and made us old media guys proud and jealous!

My computer picked Babson and Norwich. Based on observation of the teams, I like those picks. I don't think that Oswego is going to put many goals up on Andrews, and I think Norwich will bring the offense with them today (although I wish they had a power play like the NU women's team does).
May want to update your software Prof---stinkin internet anyway.
This afternoon caught everyone off guard!
