Gritty effort by Cardinals...blocked about 1000 shots and some were even by Cadieux !!! Did what they had to do. A few shaky calls against them but they persevered. Long term ramifications for NCAA's for sure. Norwich goalie was off, but hey, that's part of the game. Norwich is good, but the Cotnoir's, Thomas', etc are not there anymore. Looked like they lack a little depth up front, but the back is solid as usual.
If the Cards has some doubters out there, some of those doubts may have been put to rest.Comment

Elmira wins 7-5 while giving up 38 shots to Cortland, yes Cortland. I'll have to look up the stats on this but they need to keep the opponents shot total down as they can't be giving up almost 40 shots to a team like Oswego. That is a recipe for disaster!2006, 2010 ECAC West Pick'Em Champion.Comment
