Ouch 8-1 Oswego over Potsdam, I think the refs handed that game to the Lakers though........
Oswego is a talented bunch and will make you pay on the PP. I got tired of hearing all the Oswego goals...boy this team can score.

I was at the game, and it is possible that a shot broke Cortland's goalie Doug Danzi's throat protector, as he certainly was showing the official something. That said, his timing was VERY poor for realizing it was "dangerous", as he removed his facemask immediately after the puck was returned to his zone, and clearly NOT immediately after it happened, or even when the puck was in the neutral zone. Cortland shot breaks Williams' throat protector. He knows its dangerous, so he knocks loose his helmet to stop play so he can get a replacement. The referees ignored the argument that he was in immediate danger of injury, and assess a Delay of Game penalty for knocking the helmet loose.
