                        If I undertand it correctly, they are allowed to go to NHL prospect/rookie camps, provided they pay their own way - airfare, hotel, etc.

                              On Saturday, the Stouffville Spirit lost to the Burlington Cougars 4-3 (4-3) in a lengthy shootout. Matt Neal had a goal and an assist. He missed a shot in the shootout. He was named #3 star. http://ojhlsite.stats.pointstreak.co...gameid=1346065
