Scotti's on upper Union is good for pizza and other Italian fare. Can eat in.

Pizza King down by city hall has the best pizza in the city, imo. fast, cash only, and a ton of options. The Van Dyck has greatly improved over the last 2 years and is a great place if you have a bit more time before the game. You can't go wrong with any of these options.

Stay away from the if necessary Sunday hotdogs at Messa, they used to be Friday's.

It's killing me to be here in Dallas at a conference instead of back up there getting ready to see this series. Time to close out the home portion of the season with a big exclamation point. Hope to be seeing the team again next weekend in AC.

Yeah, I'm stuck at work in NYC. Couldn't make it up there. I have plans to go to AC next weekend but Union needs to get through Colgate first!!

Union 4, Colgate 1

Good showing from Union. They came out with their feet on the gas, scoring twice in the first and out-shooting Colgate 22-4 in the period. The game tightened up a bit after the first (Union's best period) but there was never much doubt. The last goal was especially nice, a quick power-play goal late in the 3rd after Colgate got called for too many men on the ice. Expecting Union to finish the sweep tomorrow night. Could be the last time to see Union play down there until October.

Gee, you're right. It just feels like the year will keep rolling on...but it won't be at home.

I'm sure glad I was there tonight. The boys looked strong and very confident. Nate certainly has them focused at the task at hand. Don't want to be over confident, but I've got rolls and rolls of quarters waiting to be shoved into the one-armed bandit.
