  • Your team, or nemesis, in short words

Can we hockey fans use the English Language also?

Describe your team, or nemesis, in short words of rhyme, limerick, or a common saying… I’ll start with UNH, where I have season tickets.

    UNH
    Always the Bridesmaid
    Never the Bride
    The reason for that
    Theses boards can’t decide
    Is it Umile
    or is it Borek
    But as for me
I just want to see them check

(It's a "common saying" among Cornell hockey fans, anyway.)

Does it say "Always lose to UNH in the NCAAs"?

Oh, it's about your nemesis, not your team.

          Nevermind.

There once were some fanboys from BU
About hockey most don't have a clue
Dreams of going to school on Comm Ave
Admittance from BC they did not have
How does their coach survive? His liver's brand new.

I don't see why not. It certainly displays good use of the English language.

Since, technically speaking, BC is neither in Boston nor is a college.
