UNH simply has an annual habit of folding at the worst possible time. Can you fathom a scenario where they get shut out in two consecutive games...at home? The Wildcats are going to have to put a major dent in the NCAAs for fans to avoid wreaking havoc on them.

As for BC, they dodge the BU bullet at least for Friday night. Can you imagine a BC-BU Final, where BC has the chance to send BU packing for the season? Conversely, it's BU's chance to get back to the NCAAs when they really thought they had no chance.

It is my understanding that the top seeded team remaining has the option of either the 5pm or 8pm game. Typically the 5pm game is chosen for extra rest.

I think it's York's decision; last year Parker chose the 8pm game as the top seed, which doesn't normally happen.

The top seed usually picks the early game due to the fact that if the late game goes to OT or goes late, it makes for a tough turnaround the next night.

I hope he picks the 5 p.m. game. UVM plays Syracuse at 9:40, it would suck if the games overlapped.

Jack did not. Joe told him that our game was the late game for crowd and tv. #1 BU- defending NC BC was a wet dream for hea. (still drew a 0.001 rating, but... )
