Can't wait to head up there! My three other friends and I are heading up there at around 11, we can get some food (so we don't have to pay for the $4 pizza and hot dogs while were at the game ). Can't wait to see all of the students that are going. Anyone know the number of Miami fans being there?

Certaintely the same group of core fans that have traveled all year will be there. It's tough to say how many students will be there. For what it's worth, The Student has done a decent job reminding students that the games are only 120 miles away. School is also selling bus tickets for $5, so I hope we get a good showing. Knowing our student body though, I'm not holding my breath.

Also, starting to get a little worried for Coach Gwoz. Only 9 minutes left!

Yeah, I'll be in section 216 .Hopefully not in the middle of some other fans, and hopefully around a bunch of Miami fans.

If RIT is able to pull this off, I sure hope that Miami doesn't slack. This game proves that literally anything could happen.

Denver just got Miami'd by Shegos. A great open ice hit, and he calls a penalty for it.

And Denver pays for it, 2-0 RIT. Then again if Demichel keeps standing on his head that goal won't even matter. 7 minutes left.

I know the philosophy around here is "Don't criticize unless you can do it better", but honestly that was a disaster.

But as I type this, Denver has life. 2-1 with a little over 5 left.

For the recorded, both guys had their arms up and Wilkins reported the penalty...

Miami section is 219-221. But Im in 218 others in 217 so looks like we could take up half the arena!!!

Not really....With the increased emphasis by the NCAA on head hits it isnt. Ill give you the no elbow arguement but He left his feet, Charging, and caught him with a forearm shiver in the head, head contact, so when you look at it it was a great call. Was a big hit, and probably not an elbow but you can't leave your feet. I think thats where he gets it.

Currently NMU-SCSU going to a second ot!

2 unbelievable games to start the tourney. wow! NMU took them to the brink. Hope they're proud of their boys.

Also, it's a good thing i didn't have Denver winning that regional!
                      Long live the "Brotherhood"!!!!!

Giving up a home run in Great American Ballpark is kind of like walking into a chocolate factory and yelling "I WANNA BE FAT!!!"

It's going to happen. Just give it time.....and a little effort.

NMU loses a heart breaker, and a heart stopper, 23 seconds into double overtime.

Well I'll be putting on my good luck Miami "Mofo" hat. But I'm very glad to hear the boys cut their mullets.

Can't ask for a better first 2 games. The UNH-cornell game was a snoozer. So nice that gladdy for INCH is such a east coast homer. Maybe the schlacking cornell took will bring his "ECAC is better than most think" crap back down to earth....

Well hope the boys were watching that Den-RIT game and take notice. Got to pounce early and often. Longer you let a team like that stick around the more the believe they can win. Miami MUST score the first goal.

I sure am proud of that NMU squad, they came back down 2 goals and played a helluva game. But got to congrats SCSU on their first tourny win, it was well deserved. Mike Lee played spectacular.

Well that makes even more sense... Wilkins was the ref in our 3 game OSU series

Can't agree more. Especially on NMU... to be honest, that game reminded me a lot of the XU-KSU basketball game last night. You just hate to see a loser when it's such a great game.
