Seems inevitable that CHL players will be allowed in the NCAA... I am also surprised that no one has filed a lawsuit challenging the NHL/CHL transfer agreement yet.. -
The World Association of IceHockey players Unions North America antitrust case in New York includes the challenge to that agreement and is the basis for including the NHL as a defendant. It's the weakest of the claims.The Souza record:
