The investigation started in 2019, and COVID slowed down many civil investigations.

Amazing life. I don't think I knew the connection to Peter Chiarelli before reading this, but I am sure it must have been mentioned on an RPI USCHO thread somewhere.

The investigation started about 5 years ago after a client heck bounced. He never stole any money, no clients ever lost any money -- it was bad accounting practices. A sad ending to a storied legal career for a guy who has been extremely benevolent in the community.
Agree on all counts. I looked up the Appellate Division opinion and there isn't any detail describing exactly what happened because Mr. Jones admitted to the charges against him. Two of the 5 judges dissented because they believed that disbarment was not warranted.

After reading his scoring stats, it boggles the mind to think that two players beat him out in points per game.
            Who were those two players?
I would have loved to see him in action.
            Rest in peace Frank.

An amazing life indeed. My father had the dubious distinction of making something 68 saves against that Chiarelli-led squad....he talked about their skill quite often !! LOL

That's pretty amazing because if you look at pictures or video of the goalies in those days their pads weren't much wider than their legs and they didn't wear much upper body padding (not to mention no masks), I don't know how they stopped anything. By contrast today's goalies look like they are wearing mattresses and sumo suits.

Champlain College a post-war land grant school in Plattsburgh, now defunct. They played on an outdoor rink adjacent to the lake....nothing like a little headwind for a home field advantage!...LOL. Oddly enough, my dad went on to become lifelong friends with Ned Harkness (hence my RPI fandom!)

I have an old holiday tourney program that had his HFH saves record noted....it was broken in the 70's I believe ....by some poor SOB. Ha ha

                            • SID gone!!!. There goes another one from Athletic Administration. At least we got around two years out of this guy. Only heaven knows when the next update to the athletic webpage will come.

Add that to the body count which includes but is not limited to Scott, Karen, Norris, Perry and Kevin. In those cases, it's too many quality people fleeing in too short a timeframe. It just don't taste or smell right. Something is wrong!!!
