Maybe Coach Dave just decided he's getting closer to his desired roster and wants to test them. Maybe he decided that last year's schedule, which nearly qualified us for an Atlantic Hockey playoff berth if we'd played better, didn't work to prepare the team. Maybe he's schizophrenic. That has got to be the toughest first two months of a season since I have been following the Engineers in '93.
We will certainly find out what kind of season it is going to be early.
