Break a cardinal rule in hockey (no shooting after a whistle), get a cross check to the face. Probably one of the few major penalties I'm not upset about the Badgers taking.

PSU ties it up in a classic fashion...Ceulemans lacidazical skating allowed the puckhandler to skate right past him....but wait, there's more! Then Gorniak and Lindmark puckwatch, skate into each other, refuse to pick up McMenamin and let him skate right past him for an easy feed and score.

0-11 on the road in the Big10 this year. Woof. Lol talk about not preparing your guys as a coach.

They basically need a home run hire that can pull recruits via transfer portal and from their previous school to accelerate rebuild, I agree 100%. But, if that's the case, any coach from the East that has no upper midwest recruiting experience is off the table in my opinion.

Announcers are the PSU anouncers, and they mentioned Lucious wasn't in the lineup again, but made no mention as to why. If he isn't hurt, there is absolutely no reason why he shouldn't be on the ice. I'm not all concerned about Moe today; since he played the whole game last night, I figured they all knew Mac was getting the start tonight.

Of course TG no confidence votes Moe and starts Mac. Also talked highly of Ty pregame yesterday and plays him in Cruz spot. Now today he's out of the lineup entirely. He's is clueless as to why things aren't working.

Fink is the only one with real promise in the pipeline and IF a change is made will he stay committed? Why would he?

This team WITH a good hire is 3-4 years from being a contender and that’s if they get great recruits. Without a good hire No-one will be left to post on this thread.
The portal can accelerate the talent retooling but not a culture change, if there is a major issue there.

Dead team walking is right.

Whatever his system is, it isnt for college hockey. PSU was tangibly quicker in every phase of the game last night and the players were lost on the ice. Terrible passing, terrible defense, no offensive zone presence.

    Just an absolute clown show.
But but but, they renegotiated his contract so the buyout would be cheaper if they retained him!!!

that was a **** off to the fans. They knew he wasn’t the guy, period. Yet they failed to make the change. They just don’t care. They’ve shown this through their inactions and the lack of promotion of hockey in general and it’s not just over the last 7 years but that’s a great barometer.
