Strand is playing in Sioux City this year. Colin Kessler is also on that team. A bit worried that Maxim Strbak isn't listed at committed on the USHL website, he looked really great for Slovakia at the WJC, maybe other teams got to him.

Did anyone see that the women's team posted their new white jerseys yesterday? They might be even better than the green ones the men rolled out this weekend. I wonder if both teams are using the same set or if they're going to have separate looks for each team.

Re: Strbak, he is listed as committed on SF's line chart tonight and I haven't seen anything saying he decommitted. Probably just a bit late because first season in NA and all that.

Didn't see Ethan Bowen or Max Strand on there. Anyone know if they are still committed? Maybe coming in later?

Strand is coming later, I believe Bowen is stepping away from hockey, he wasn't at Ducks dev camp either.

Newcomer numbers: Gotz #6, Good #14, Evans #21, Henry #23, Sinclair #26, Jones #28, Richards #29, Tornqvist #33, Autio #34, Bergmanis #39. Ryder Donovan is taking a personal break from hockey per Todd Milewski (super reliable Wisconsin writer, his old school).

Love the new jersey. Reminds me a bit of the Frozen Four ones, St. Louis and Co wore back in the day. 9th seems realistic, they seem pretty solid on the defensive side but just need goal scorers. We'll see what this season brings...

9th does seem about right to me. Given what they've done the last few years, there is really no way that they could've been picked higher. I am really going back and forth about what to expect from this team. At times really optimistic and at others I'm really concerned they're just not going to be able to score.

Also can we get some new jerseys? I feel like we're do for some actual Bauer or Nike sweaters. These off brand one from the last few years are getting a bit old.

Really great to have Stucker and Long back. Curious to see what we get from Gotz

This is a massive year for Munzenberger. Time to show he's a big time player/pro prospect. He's definitely shown signs and improved but I think this team needs him to take a step forward.

Munzenberger is interesting because he had to make a huuuuuuuuge jump last season. German U20 league right to Hockey East...that is not an easy jump to take, no disrespect to the talent in the U20 German league but it's not exactly the USHL for example, and Luca didn't drown (even if he did make some inexperienced mistakes)
