      • It's a moot point as Umass won, but apparently Minn-State may not have actually won. They awarded the trophy and the arena was emptied, but the goal is somehow under review.

          That's crazy.

          • Harvard wins it in OT 3-2.

            From the tourney thread.

FWIW, I have not seen a replay from any angle that supported it was a good goal.

            In any event, game on!
            Northeastern must be going crazy.

            • Mankato wins it. Any idea where Lowell will be heading, Worcester would be ideal?

Allentown: Michigan v AIC, North Dakota v Notre Dame
Worcester: Mankato v Harvard, Quinnipiac v UMass
Albany: Western Michigan v Northeastern, Minnesota v St Cloud
Loveland: Denver v Lowell, Minnesota-Duluth vs Michigan Tech

                • That looks correct for bracket integrity. I think Lowell might have a chance to stay east due to attendance.

We can only hope. Loveland would be tough to manage.

The CHN projection also has Lowell in the Loveland regional, Northeastern and UMass in Worcester.

I'm seeing people speculate that the two and three seeds will be moved around, but nothing to indicate Lowell ends up anywhere but Loveland.

                        • The only option would be the committee swapping out Harvard and Lowell for attendance purposes. Send Harvard to Loveland and try for Lowell in Worcester. Highly unlikely though.

                          • Yeah I agree. I’ve given it more thought and I think Lowell will go west.

                            • If it was a one slot difference in the PWR I could see it. But with UML sitting at 13 and Harvard making it in at #16 overall in the PWR I don't think they'll do it.

No, you send Northeastern to Loveland. We send better attendance figures.
