Tim, time for you to create a 22-23 thread. I am not creative, nor want to be original poster.

Correct his goals scored will most likely go down.

He was a no show in the second half of last season and I have heard rumblings of stuff off the ice.

Minnesota had remarkably more success on the ice this year, and their attendance was about the same as Wisconsin’s.

This isn’t a Wisconsin issue. This is a Big 10 Hockey conference issue.

Minnesota's attendance woes was not nearly as bad as Wisconsin. 33% no shows, versus 46% no shows. UW scanned tickets down 2,225 from 19-20 to 21-22. Minnesota scanned tickets down 500 in same period. Yes it's a national trend, but it's clear the Wisconsin program has much bigger problems than a resurgent Goofer program.

I'm confident TG and OZ will lead us out of it.

Ok, who I am kidding. I have zero optimism for 22-23 and this staff.

Ha, I thought the same thing.

Anyone know who interviewed for the open position?

46% of sold tickets were not used last year. 4,917 was the game average attendance. PATHETIC. Season high was 8,421 against the rodents.

No reason to change coaches, it's all good here!

Attendance article for hockey from Todd Milewski. It's worse than I thought. Hard to believe they hung onto the staff after knowing the attendance data.

I’d love any one of those 4 as head coach. Today’s kids though are too coddled to handle it though. They’d be crying after every practice.

maybe bring in Burish to rattle some cages.
