Without putting too much thought into it:

        First team:

        Drury/Eichel/Amonte
        Gilroy/Poti
        Curry

        McEachern/Wilson/Pandolfo
        Lachance/Grizzy
        Fields

(I'm sure there are names I forgot... and didn't bother with LW/C/RW distinction etc).

I forgot about Fabbro. I probably should have put him over McAvoy. He was pretty spectacular his last year at BU.

              So many good players.

Seeing Bates and MacArthur's names made me think - they would share my award for "looked like they were having the most fun out there/crowd favorites".

How about best captain? I’d vote for Marshall and Sullivan.

Since 1992, my all-time faves are:

                  1st team:
                  F - Drury, Eichel, J. Pandolfo
                  D - Gilroy, Poti
                  G - Lacocque

                  2nd team:
                  F - Wilson, Joubert, Bates
                  D - Grzelcyk, Shattenkirk
                  G - Curry

                  Honorable mention:
                  F - Bonino, Grier, Keller
                  D - Coleman, McAvoy
                  G - diPietro

                  Best captains:
                  1. Joubert
                  2. Gilroy

                    - as noted, have to be from the time you started following the team
                    - judge them by their play at the peak of their time at BU, not tied into anything they did after BU
                    - 3 F, 2 D, 1 G. I'm not getting into wingers vs. centers, Left D vs. Right D, etc.

Here is mine (started following in 1986-87):

                    Drury, Eichel, Amonte
                    Poti, Gilroy
                    Larocque

                    McEachern, Cullen, J. Pandolfo
                    Kelleher, McAvoy
                    McKersie

Lots of really good players not on the list, and I've probably forgotten an obvious one. Kelleher is likely the one others wouldn't include, but I just think his combination of offense and defense during all those FF runs was huge. And McKersie over Curry, Oettinger, DiPietro and others - I thought he had improved so much in that 93-94 season, had he not suffered his accident, he would have been a force.
Incidentally, defkit, real nice idea here.

I do not rate McAvoy that highly for his two seasons at BU. You could see the potential. But he tried to do too much, got caught out of position a great deal and made a lot of mistakes. He has played much better as a Bruin than he ever did as a Terrier.
Both Grzelcyk and Fabbro were better college players than McAvoy, IMO. That has no bearing on their potential or performance in the NHL.

Same parameters - 3 forwards, 2 defensemen, 1 goalie.

                            Since 1992:
