Looks like we finally found someone in New Hampshire who hates hockey more than Scarano.
Congrats Governor, that takes some doing

I'd actually forgotten all about the "Tab" thing in that one.

I'm sure Coach has a few pallets' worth stashed somewhere ...

                  • Hello to all....Nov 1. Boy, am I at a loss with no hockey season to date. Should have had a few games under our belt by now. I never thought I would miss it so much! I hope everyone is faring well. Of course, not having a season to date is the least of things in the scheme of things. NH winter school sports won't start until mid January so who knows when college winter sports will commence. The news that the OHL is thinking of going forth without body checking; wonder what will come of that and will that 'trickle down'? All speculation to date. At least the players have an option for an additional year. Sorry can't think of his name but that transfer from Denver; wonder IF we have a season and given the fact the NCAA has decided to forgo the 'wait it out a year' transfer year (if I have that right) will be be able to come on board for this season? Maybe C-H-C , Dan or 'Watcher knows? Can't wait to see you guys at a game...someday!
                    Here we go 'Cats!!

I wouldn't think that the NCAA's transfer ruling would apply to this season, but rather is something that will change moving forward. I suppose school's could appeal past decisions based on the new legislation, but I'd tend to doubt that (I'm not sure the rule is even official yet, just agreed upon). However, he should get the chance to play as many as three years at UNH now with the ruling that despite playing this season all winter athletes can apply for an extra year of eligibility at the end of the typical four years...

                        • Hockey East has released the schedules so now we wait for the schools to each figure out their fan experience. Looks like games will be streamed free and many on NESN.

                          • Looks like nobody will be attending the games at the Whitt unless they adjust the policy at a later date. Couldn't find any HE schools selling tickets to their games either.

                            • So ... I guess we'll finally have an answer to the proverbial question ...

"What if they threw a hockey season, and no one came?"
