Does anyone in Burlington see the irony in Vermont's powerplay sponsored on online broadcasts by a "waste management" company?

This thread is kind of dead considering the beginning of the Woodcroft Era starts this weekend.

I'm optimistic, but it's a bit strange to postpone it until the 18th? Why not postpone it until after the christmas holidays? It's possible they are using all of the "flex days" in trying to cut down on the current spike. Students are being given the option to head home early and there are no in-person classes scheduled after thanskgiving break.

I'd really like to see what Woodcroft has done with the team, hopefully we don't have to wait until next Oct.

Very cool. Thanks for the heads up on this. The coaching change is already paying off, as it's pretty unlikely he would have selected UVM if Sneddon were still at the helm. His brother is no slouch either. Very exciting, welcome aboard boys!

Picked last in the coaches poll. Nowhere to go but up. Should be a lower pressure season for the players.....except they have a new coach to prove themselves to...

Does this not make it impossible for UVM to host out of state teams and also to travel to play out of state and then return to VT? Does anyone know if they received some sort of exemption from the state? Or is the 20-21 schedule a mirage that will never happen?
This does NOT include intercollegiate athletics. College hockey and squeekyball are fine.

Freshman Dovar Tinling was given a "B" rating on NHL Central Scouting's preliminary Players to Watch list. Indicates a 2nd/3rd round candidate.
