Coach Smith said towards the beginning "we believe we can win the ECAC championship this season". He also said the goals for the season are another top 4 finish, then getting to Lake Placid, then an ECAC championship, then a national championship. Seemed like once they hit one goal, they'll move onto the next one on the list. He said the biggest challenge is to maintain an elite culture and environment to make sure they’re winning games. The staff thinks the culture and team is in a good place despite all the departures. They’re going to be working on the culture a lot leading up to the start of the season, and he thinks that it will all click by the end of the Alaska trip at the absolute latest. He hopes it’s all clicking by the first game, but they’ll be patient. They hope that the culture clicks early on, so they get on a roll sooner than later
Appreciate the optimism from DS on belief they can win the ECAC this year. If it happens he should win coach of the year nationally.

A lot of talent and leadership has left the program via graduation or by choice since March of ‘20. DS has a lot of work to do with a very young roster and a lot of question marks at the goaltending position.

I guess we will all see how this unfolds very soon!!

I hope that we are now playing with just one deck.

If it’s going to be a law firm, it would have to be E. Stewart Jones since they already sponsor our Power Play. Honorable mention would go to William Mattar (if anyone gets hurt in a car)…

You cannot teach 6'6" or 227 lbs! Even if he turns out to be moderately talented (and it appears from his time at RM that he has more than enough potential), I am really going to like this boy!! i will have to check but does he now become the tallest roster player for us in history? I cannot recall ever having anyone 6'7" or greater.

The dates on which some of the women are listed as committing on may be considerably after the actual dates.
I am assuming that Neutral Zone regards their Star ratings as public because they often tweet them with committals.
