Fully understand - but after all this time, it is hard to wait!! Besides, perhaps next year's thread will be titled RPI 2022-2023: Time for a repeat!!! 2 Trophies are better than 1!!!!!

New York State guidelines would allow for full capacity at our hockey games. Her Highness does what she wants though

I was surprised to receive a ticket application for Baker Rink here at Princeton! Season tickets and individual games all available. However, if they do not offer us our usual seats (we had 4 just behind the penalty box on the red line for over 40 years) doubtful we will order anything.
BTW was watching the US Tennis Open this weekend and it appeared to me that the Ashe Arena was totally packed and mostly unmasked. I consider it a partially outdoor stadium but with the roof over it (even open) I was hard pressed to call it truly outdoors.

Can't make it up. If you're bored you can go see a musical act at the Troy Music Hall, about a mile away from HFH. Seating capacity: approx 1,200

For those interested and equally fed up: Union single game tickets are now on sale, including for the RPI exhibition game. I've made my purchases. Vote with your feet and your wallets people !

First it was Houston, we've had a problem not we have a problem.

Second seeing that Octobers' reunion and homecoming weekend has already been cancelled, you can forget about any other weekend within that time frame too!!!

As an example of what happens when the leadership of any entity is not totally bats, just today received an email reminder for this weekends reunion and homecoming weekend at my high school which also happens to be my 50th. The distance between the two institutions is FOUR MILES!!! If there are any words to add, I have no idea what they are.

Assuming anyone is still looking for any reason to be optimistic, both the men's and women's basketball schedules are now posted to the website. Most likely just an oversight that will probably be corrected by tomorrow, but neither schedule contains any notices about us humanoid mutants having to stay away from the hollowed grounds.

Question 1: It has been suggested, but i don't think it has been used.

I don't think they have the same meaning. I wasn't a physics major but I don't see how you suspend momentum without killing it. It sounds like an a priori excuse. "Picking up where we left off" is a more positive statement. In reality, I don't think any of us have a handle on how things will go after a year off and significant transfers in both directions, but I'd rather be upbeat until there is on ice evidence to the contrary.
