It was actually 5 on 3 for Alaska at the last faceoff. Which ended up as a 30 PIM swing at the end. It was a pretty tight skating and relatively clean game up until the last 2 minutes where the Nanooks scored twice on a major powerplay.

Maybe I'm missing what you are stating, but sounds like you're claiming Alaska had more guys on the ice fighting so they got penalized more?

Interesting, original Phoenix Roadrunners moved to Tucson as a farm team, now back to the Valley playing at Mullett. I used to watch them at the Phoenix Coliseum back in the 1960's-70's.

I noticed the Friday ASU hockey game in Tempe against Michigan is on the same day as the ASU football game in Tempe against Utah. I wonder if the game time for hockey will be at the same time as football? Or will they move the hockey game up to an afternoon game?
