A big boy for next year. 6'4" Dillan Bentley will be heading to campus in the fall of 2022. He currently plays for New Mexico in the NAHL. The native of Peoria, IL is rated a 3.5* recruit by NeutralZone, and has a 13-14-27 line in 26 games played this season.

Kid from Saugus, so it's good to get another in-state player. Not surprised he's a Captain, as that seems to be a heavy focus for Coach Bazin over the years.

Our most recent player from Kimball Union is still on the roster, Soph forward Nik Armstrong-Kinkaide. Listed as a 3.75* recruit by NZ, and was ranked 149th in their Top 300 2003 players nationally. A couple of quotes about him from NZ from different occasions over the last year.

right shot center who is always around the puck, uses reach to make defenders look down and lean, inside edge skater with deceptive speed, listed at 6’2″ 195lbs and used that size to make smaller opponents bounce, pace through the neutral zone.

a physical force and basically did what he wanted. I liked his poise with the puck. I loved his aggressiveness when getting to the net and I really loved his willingness to stand there for hours while the defenders tried to move him. There is a lot to like about his game and general abrasiveness. I love that he’s at KUA playing for coach Whitehead.
