NHL offers funds to study D1 hockey expansion; can Rutgers get a share? I found this but nothing has been said since this rumor.Slap Shot - 444 might want to consider a restraining order.
dggoddard - Minnesota is THE ELITE Program in all of college hockey.

Murphy is not funding a public ice arena for Rutgers. He has enough problems with the dinosaur at the Meadowlands.CCT '77 & '78
