Sneddon is done. Everyone involved in the program knows it. If the Holiday tournament is a disaster on and off the ice, they should just pull the plug then.

he has a younger brother as well; slated for '20 or '21 for your program.
you have a beautiful campus & facilities; too bad the hockey has gotten to this point. here's hoping you are out of the swoon soon.
GO NU HOCKEY Always bullish on the future. We don't always win Hockey East or the Beanpot (#trilogy).. but when we do.. we are the Champions
I was just looking at KRACH trying to figure out what legitimate expectations are for this program. By my personal count, there is no obvious reason that we should expect UVM to be worse than the following programs in the long term, as they have no systematic advantage over us. That doesn't mean they have not been better than us, or that they shouldn't ever be better than us, but rather I see no systematic advantage they have over us that would indicate a better chance at long term success.

That's 35 teams, more than half of the 60 teams. And I could make an argument for a few more, but I think people's heads will explode.
So I think we should aspire to be a top 30 team annually, with periodic runs into the top 10. Tell me why I'm wrong.

because you are what your record says you are.
ps: not trying to troll (we’ve been through it ourselves) ; but that’s the long & short of it.

I'm curious what you see as Maine's inherent advantage over UVM. I think they should both be about even in terms of expectations. I'm a current UMaine student (and hopefully alumni very soon), and my father is a UVM alumni, and he's always telling me that UVM actually has a brighter future than we do, so I'm curious for your take.
And yes, coaching is an advantage....in fact that's a huge part of my point. But it is not systematic...in theory we could have hired lots of new coaches over the years but didn't.
