Hayhurst told me it looks like he’s out for the remainder of the regular season and he’s hoping for the 1st rd of the playoffs. Polino got hurt at the end of the UConn game. Hayhurst injury actually occurred in the Brown game.
I sort of figured that was Hayhurst's injury, as we saw him having some issues when coming off. Glad to read Polino isn't done for the year, but I do hope he doesn't do anything permanent if he comes back early.

The key now is that the rest of the team steps up. We really did see that last night with Bowman. Perhaps Jerry's out of his funk?

And is Polino a healthy scratch all these games or injured? We will see if they have anything left in the tank. It being the fifth game in 8 nights. I'd call it a positive if they can stay within a goal or 2 of Cornell. Not sure who I'd play in goal. Savory has the hot hand, but could probably use a rest. Looks like Union has caught our scoring drought bug. It was nice of RPI to share it with them!
Hayhurst received a game misconduct at the end of the Yale game, and he hasn't had any others this year, so he was eligible.

Polino is injured. I think that Coach Smith said that Hayhurst would miss a few games in his pregame interview on Friday, but I could be wrong.

    Edit: See Noresmen's post.

Ok. I stand corrected. I just remembered that he was out there for over an hour. And I finally remembered the name that Sid Vicious used as a “baby face”. He was called Sid Justice.
Anyway we need a solid first period tonight. They can’t afford to fall behind 3-0 like #26 did last night. Let’s go WHITE!
