this is a classic merrimack game. more bland than mayonnaise

Mack forwards have cleanly beaten our D with speed no less than 10 times. Nice little rebound goal by Alvaro as I typed that.

Can't say I've ever seen a team reject a penalty shot

Worst defensive period of the season so far. Small rink, UVM D getting smoked cleanly over and over. Puzzling.

Women's team got the sweep this weekend (that game today was a thriller, complete with Eve-Audrey Picard completing her hat trick with the GWG with just 11 seconds to go).

I guess it was actually Alvero, but totally agree regarding Esposito. Hoping the same lines are or there tonight (unless Vlad or Misley can sneak onto that top line!)

I'm hoping the line up stays the same. First goal last night doesn't happen with a line fresh out of the blender

For how crap this season's been, Alex Esposito has been quite a pleasant surprise. Expected him to be a glue guy and he turned out to be one of our better players!

Great job cats. I feel a strong finish coming. Never give up, there is still time to show the doubters of your skill, talent and perseverance. It would have been easy to give up but success often comes from adversity. It takes grit and I think you have it, stick together.
