Our old buddy Tavis MacMillan is back in the NCAA ranks (assistant at DU). He could be another one. Plus he knows Karr.

Then again, he probably makes more as an assistant at DU than he would as a head coach at NMU.

Kyle was arrested this afternoon, posted bail and was released. Charges were residential mortgage fraud and forgery.

Even with a valid power of attorney, you cannot act in a malicious manner with it. That could be the point of contention here.

I doubt this investigation and arrest blindsided Walt Kyle or NMU.

Divorce can be messy.
