A few items of note from the show.

It sounds like there is still a chance that Yuki Miura could be eligible this season. Not sure how good of a chance, but at least a chance. Still awaiting word from the NCAA.

Noah LaLonde won't be with the team. Has some personal/family issues to deal with. Not sure about the future for him.

Bennet Vida was mentioned by Damon so I assume he is a recruited walk-on.

Also, a lot of Junior hockey showcases in the next couple of weeks so the coaches will be on the road a lot recruiting.

The USHL Roster lists are out. Chase Pilawski is on the Tri-City list; Mike Mannara is on the Muskegon list. Niko Esposito-Selivanov is on the Sioux City list; Ashton Calder is on the Lincoln list. Looks like that's where these future Lakers will be playing this season.

After looking again, it looks like l missed one. Spencer DenBeste is on the Cedar Rapids list.

So we have a new AD. Hopefully he'll be very supportive of the hockey program.

Yup, Dr. David Paitson. Sounds like he was instrumental in bringing the Blue Jackets to Columbus, so I think he'll be supporting hockey, which is a relief.
