    England still uses the pound. I was there in fall of 2007.

    They are in the EU but have so far refused to adopt the Euro as their currency.

    Apparently, you haven't watched much Clarkson hockey this year! I think keeping them in Massena may actually decrease interest.
    Actually, CCT had their arena 2/3 full with the students on break for an afternoon game. Not bad for a team that's had a horrible season.

    At the time 2 pounds = $4. It is less now, I think. Considering everything in England cost the same as everything here (example - if a soda here is $1.50, its 1.50 pounds there) and the exchange rate was double, being able to eat for 2 pounds was a godsend.

    I have no reference of how much 2 pounds is, but you can get them 3 for $5 in Ironwood, MI, at a bakery place right on the main road. That is the cheapest I've found them

    Ooooh, I'm liking the flat beer to pair with that nasty old pizza. Flat Beast for the loss. Goalies had better beware of who is screening them, things could get smelly.
