I was wondering just what that Camp was, it’s merely a hockey camp....... Camp Fee:
In order to cover costs of evaluators, team leaders, ice time, food, and lodging, USA Hockey Pacific District provides a non-profit atmosphere at the reasonable cost to camp participants. Player fees are required to be paid in full by March 1, 2016 in order to secure your spot. If you are not registered and paid in full, the District reserves the right to select other participants awaiting on the alternate list of candidates.....http://www.alaskapolitics.com/knauss...nformation.pdf

The Phase II USHL draft will be today starting at 8 AM CDT, http://ushl.rinknetcloud.com/2016/results.htm. I expect Emil Ohrvall to be selected and perhaps also Jacob Modry. I don't think any other RPI recruits will be taken. THis is just my gut feeling.

I will be monitoring the draft when I am home (and awake) and will catch up when I return.

BTW, the NAHL draft is on 6/7/16.

FWIW, both Modry and Ohrvall retweeted the tweets about them almost immediately which indicates to me that they are interested in the USHL.

As I Posted during the season, EO told me his plan was this season in the U & next, Troy. Here’s hoping to a good year in the 'Loo.

My gut feeling is that no more RPI known RPI recruits will be taken.

Babichuk is a long shot since he did not make the AJHL last season and as an import would have an additional hurdle. but someone could take a flyer on him.

I expect Cho in Troy, so if he is drafted someone thinks he won't be coming in the fall.

Bendorf is already Madison property.

Everyone else is almost positively going to Troy in the fall.

With Wahlstrom going to the U17 team and then supposedly Harvard, they won't be linemates at least for the next few years.
