The schedule for Fairbanks' series vs. the Minnesota Wilderness is out. http://nahl.stats.pointstreak.com/te...seasonid=15481. The same story as the first round of a possible three straight home games for Fairbanks.

The first game is on Friday.

Also, Western Canada Cup website http://www.westerncanadacup.com/view/westerncanadacup. The field including the host Estevan Bruins (Manley) is set. That website will have box scores.

I strongly suspect that this is for the club team. I can't believe we have any interest in a 5'7", 150 lb, LW who only played HS hockey. It does says "Cameron Kasper has committed to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute "

On Tuesday, the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders lost to the Bloomington Thunder 5-2. (2 empty net goals) They lost the best-of-5 series 3-2. This ends their season. Jacob Hayhurst had no points or penalties. http://stats.ushl.com/ushl/ushl/en/s...p?game_id=6788

NLI is signed if the player is to receive a full athletic scholarship. It is possible that some of the players are able to receive financial aid by other means and don't get full scholarships (not sure if the NLI still applies to partial scholarships, which is done in cases like these), or come in as "walk-ons".
