Not real pretty but I'll take it. Great to see 4 goals scored, and Ege is everything he was predicted to be! Nice win UAA!!

      From ADN:

"According to NCAA, the (UAF) hockey team used ineligible players in every game played from the 2007-08 season to the 2010-11 season. Over that span, the wins and ties will all become losses. 4 wins and 2 ties came against rival UAA".

      UAF is 56-86-12 vs. UAA.

The wheels aren't off yet but the lug nuts are getting loose.

5-2...Krieger. Dallas tightened up those lug nuts at intermission.

And 5-2 after two. May need to figure out the last time we got five in one period.

Here it is...October 5, 2001. We put up 6 in the 2nd against Air Force. We've had a few four goal periods, most recently Valentines Day 2014 in Houghton against Michigan Tech.

The Nooks have now scored six goals since I cracked open this Maui Brewing Big Swell IPA. I may need to keep this can as a souvenir.

7-2 final. I was able to nurse that beer through goal #7.

Wow, talk about a turnaround! The Nooks had only scored ONE goal in the last 7 periods prior to that 5 goal 2nd period outburst. Me thinks the "slump" is over.
