Yes, this can't be emphasized strongly enough. The set-up seems almost designed to cause mistakes.

I suppose Ticketmaster has us all trained to select delivery method at the bottom of the page. But click on the options listed there and nothing happens. My initial knee-jerk reaction was to blame my computer, but it was not to blame in this case. After a few moments I found the small drop-down box in the upper right hand corner. Click to get the menu, one more click to choose paper.

BobF, thanks for flagging this. Hope Customer Service can correct your order without too much hassle.

Re: Frozen Four Tickets - Priority Purchase Process

Some points to keep in mind regarding the process:

    1. If you need more than 4 tickets, you may be in luck. At least at the highest priority levels, each priority holder may now order a Maximum of 8 tickets. The NCAA indicates this is subject to change in the future. But for Tampa 2016, your larger group can sit together. Hope this will continue to be the case.

    2. Be sure to have either your Frozen Four Account Number OR the e-mail address previously used at the ready. If you have your old password, so much the better. But if you can't locate the password, no worries. As long as you've got the right e-mail, changing the password is quick and easy. Answer the security questions, enter the new password twice, done.

    3. The NCAA now takes American Express and Discover, in addition to Visa and MasterCard.

    4. You can check as many sections as you like for availabilities. It's cumbersome to go through security (prove you're not a robot) each time you change sections. But if you persevere, you can get all the info you need.

    5. Be aware that some available seats may not offered on any given screen, depending on how many seats you specify for your search. For example, if you're searching for singles, most of the Seat 2s will appear to be sold. This is to prevent you from buying a Seat 2 and creating an orphan single on the aisle. But modify your search to a pair of seats (or more) and those Seat 2s magically reappear.

    6. At check-out, you will be offered a "Flash Seats" option. Be prepared; have your decision made in advance. With Flash Seats, you don't receive paper tickets. Nor can you print your tickets at home. You'll use your credit card to gain admission at the arena. If your priority holder is reliable, and you're sure everyone will be arriving at the Arena together, this sounds like a great way to save the $10 shipping/handling fee. But if either of those requirements is in doubt, you may want to stick with the traditional paper tickets. Not questioning anyone's reliability; just sayin'.

    7. You'll be offered the option to pay for your Program in advance, at a $3 Discount. Your call. Again, my advice is don't be caught off-guard, have your decision made in advance.

Everyone, please feel free to add to this list.

Re: Frozen Four Tickets - Priority Purchase Process

There's a separate thread for purchasers to report their seat location and priority number. In the past, lots of posters have participated. With everyone's help, we can paint a detailed picture of lottery as it unfolds. The thread also functions as a "scouting report" for those who have yet to make their selections.

For whatever reason, the thread is off to a slow start this year. Once you've made your purchase, please post! Thanks in advance.

Link has pricing $160-$600 a package. Also like the split semifinal admissions. Any word on todays Priority 19 seat selections?
