A couple times. Even went up there once for a Tech series (cheaper than seeing the Gophers up there). And of course, the Wheeler goal.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

That was a fun goal to watch live, surreal in so many ways. Then you hear half the arena erupt and the other half deflate. I miss the Final Five.

Indeed. I was at the other end of the ice, but about 5 rows from the top in the upper deck, lined up with the goalie. Seeing that develop...we KNEW it was going in. It was meant to be.

                              Hm, let me see:

                              CHA buildings:
UAH - Von Braun Center (obviously)
UAH - Benton H. Wilcoxon Iceplex (unfortunately)
USAFA - Cadet Ice Arena (that press box climb is fun!)
Wayne State — Great Lakes City Sports Arena — I think that it was here in 2001 where I gathered a bus of UAH students who ended up comprising the majority of the weekend's crowd
Wayne State — Michigan State Fairgrounds
Wayne State — some other dump (RIP TARTARS)
Niagara —*Dwyer Arena (also for a few CHA championship tournaments)

                              Non-conference:
                              Wisconsin —*Kohl Center
                              Denver —*Magness Arena
                              Minnesota —*Mariucci Arena
Sacred Heart — Milford Ice Pavilion (I felt so bad for those kids)
Northern Michigan — Berry Events Center
                              Notre Dame —*Joyce Center

I've also seen CHA tournament games in Kearney, Neb., as well as NCAA regional games in Grand Rapids and Fort Wayne. I haven't traveled since the CHA folded.

I somehow never made it to the John Glas Fieldhouse in Brrrrrrmidji, and I never saw a game at the Clauss Ice Arena in Findlay.
