Re: Minnesota hosts Michigan: 2/13 & 2/14
Uh Gurt being arrogant about your overall superior place in the world while still recognizing the current situation could go to hell aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.
I credit wolverineTrumpet and the Puffy Chest U brigade for being consistently obnoxious.

It didn't matter. So, while, yes, the Gophers scored a crap ton of goals Friday, it wasn't over. Parts of the game were close. Wilcox played well, and Michigan just couldn't find a way to score.
And Saturday's game could have been anyone's. It was exciting, but frustrating to watch as a Michigan fan.
Talk all the **** you want, whatever helps you sleep at night. The weekend's wins helped you tie for first in the conference, with...oh, right, Michigan. The B1G season title is still anyone's to win (well except probably aOSU and Wisconsin).
And just to note, Of course the conference title is still very much in doubt--I wouldn't argue otherwise for a second.Last edited by GrinCDXX; 02-16-2015, 10:42 AM.

So basically even though Friday's game was a blowout for minny the majority of the game was close. Saturday night's game was awesome and up until the last :21 of the 3rd period the game was not certain.
