as BC will be glad to get Kreider back............he has really emerged in this tourney.....
Don't get your expectations up too high. Intl hockey is much more wide open than NCAA hockey, so he won't be given the time/space (nor will he be playing with a team full of U20 studs) once he returns to BC. Just look at past WJC dominant players like Parise, Toews, Schroeder, etc...and then how they fared when they returned to the NCAA.
I like chocolate milk and Kate Beckinsale and Lauren Graham and Brooke Burke and Elisha Cuthbert and Eva Longoria.
If the USA wants to do well against Canada, they need to be more disciplined. This is the 8th PP for Latvia. If they give Canada 8 PP chances, they'll be down 6-0 before you know it.

Very sloppy for the Americans since 6-0, IMHO. For the most part, I see a lot of individual puck handling and everyone trying to break free to make "highlight reel" plays.
To be fair, some of it has to be the fact Latvia is giving them the space and time to do so.

Kreider makes it a hatty with a penalty shot conversion. 11-1.
Places I've seen a college hockey game: Agganis Arena, Alfond Arena, Bright Center, Consol Energy Center, Conte Forum, DCU Center, Fenway Park, Gutterson Fieldhouse, Houston Field House, Lawler Arena, Madison Square Garden, Matthews Arena, Mullins Center, Schneider Arena, Scottrade Center, Sears Centre, Tampa Bay Times Forum, TD Bank Sports Center, TD Garden, Tsongas Center, Tully Forum, Verizon Center, Verizon Wireless Arena, Walter Brown Arena, Wells Fargo Center, Whittemore Center
Yeah - I was in Montreal on business for 2 weeks before Christmas, and the TV stations were all playing commercials to "introduce" the new cheer. So, so lame.
If you don't change the world today, how can it be any better tomorrow?
