FlagDUDE08 extends his win streak to two on the pair of losses by the Engineers. I hope he's happy. Six of the twelve contestants who participated this week failed to score a single point, and our winner was the only one to earn anything on Saturday.

Lou Nanne (FlagDUDE08) scored two to be the most valuable Engineer on Friday, while Kyle Schmidt (no one) put up the same stat line for Bentley. Neither goalie earned a QS.
On Saturday, Blake Dougherty (FlagDUDE08) put up a shutout to be the most valuable player of the weekend. No Engineer was worth anything.

Am I happy? In terms of the team, not really. Small consolation, if anything. Although, I was hoping RPI would have had enough shots on Friday that I would have had 11 points, but then I remembered that this is a team that doesn't shoot.

So uhh... Last weekend went poorly. Hopefully RPI can break through against this weekend's opponent...

Ooooh booooooy.

The Engineers will start playing games that really and truly matter, so hopefully we'll at least put the puck in the net a few times against what has to be considered our biggest rival after the events of January, the Union Dutchmen. The Dutchmen finally lost a game this past weekend, so they'll probably be even bigger a-holes than usual this weekend. Unfortunately, PIMs are not a part of this competition, or we would all be in for a veritable bonanza.

Picks must be in by 7:00 ET on Friday.
