I agree it is not needed to make hockey interesting, but beer can make a great thing even a little better. (You telling me on Friday night when you sit down in front of a game on tv you don't crack a cold one?)

Any news on the improvements they are making at Mariucci? As I recall the rink size will stay the same for this season, but are they doing anything else prior to the first puck drop?

I understand the sentiment strictly from an accolades standpoint. But we'll see how it translates.

Even so, I wouldn't trade our current total pipeline. In part, its very deep...but also I'd put our coaching staff's approach to team building over even that of BC.

Maybe I'm in the minority on this one.

I don't know that the Gophers have the players with the very top accolades that MI or BC have (maybe they do). But there's no group of recruits in the country I'd rather have...and the pipeline is absolutely stacked.
