WEEKLY RULES:

3) Do NOT pick a tie. If you do, you will lose 2 points.
4) All correct picks will earn 2 points (unless stated otherwise). If a game ends in a tie (regardless of shootout), you will receive 1 point, unless you picked a tie, in which case you will LOSE 2 points. DO NOT PICK A TIE.
5) If you see a mistake within these rules based on the games selected, please note it as soon as possible. If not pointed out by Wednesday at 8:00pm (Eastern), the mistake will stay, and I will interpret the mistake as soon as possible.
6) Anyone can play. You do not have to continue to predict after this week. You didn't have to predict last week.
7) If you update your picks before the deadline, please post in this thread to let me know of the changes.

*Vegas Style Rules
This week, we have several Vegas Style matchups due to the lack of games played. However, the rules this week are slightly different than usual because NO BONUS POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR PICKING A TEAM "STRAIGHT UP". As a result, you have two options:
Example:
(Option 1) Northern Michigan (+1) @ North Dakota - North Dakota (if UND wins by more than 1 goal, you earn 2 points. If North Dakota wins by 1 goal, you earn 1 point)
(Option 2) Northern Michigan (+1) @ North Dakota - Northern Michigan (If Northern wins or ties, you earn 2 points. If North Dakota wins by 1 goal, you earn 1 point)

I'm a little short on time this week, so I won't have a full recap of the week and overall standings, but in short...

Saturday Update:

The total SOG in the B1G this week were 268. Both FiveHole12 and Irish08 correctly guessed that number to earn the full 10 points for the bonus. Those two were also the big winners overall this weekend. FiveHole12 went 5-1-4 and earned 19 bonus points en route to a 33 point weekend. Irish08 had the best record overall, going 6-0-4 along with 15 bonus points en route to a 31 point weekend.

Overall, FiveHole12 took over the top spot in regards to overall record. FiveHole12 is now at 63-29-8. 1988 continues to hold the overall point lead at 198 (21 ahead of FiveHole12 who took over the #2 spot), and is just one game back of FiveHole12 for the overall record top spot (62-30-8). Meanwhile, Irish08 was the big mover, jumping from the #20 spot to #11.

Friday Update:

Several posters went 2-0-3 to tie for the best record. Amazingly, 1988 continues a hot streak in the bonus, correctly predicting 353 saves in Atlantic Hockey to earn the full 10 point bonus. Several other posters earned points there as well, including FiveHole12 with 9 points (predicted 354 saves). 1/2 the B1G games were played for the other bonus. Through Friday, there were 150 shots on goal in B1G hockey this weekend. If we have a couple more games like that, nobody will earn those bonus points (the highest guess was FiveHole12 with 268).

Obviously, the three ties evens the playing field a bit this weekend, but there are still plenty of points up for grabs tonight. Good luck!
