Actually, for what it's worth, it looked like Surrey may have had a live picture, although I didn't bother to let the whole thing load to see if this was the case; I liked hearing from the AV commentators.

But on the topic of recruits, ET seems to be the hot-shot on that team. I don't want to yet say we have a smaller Zalewski in the making, but we seem to be in good hands. Do we know if he's part of the USHL futures draft, or will he likely stay in the BCHL?

I am pretty sure that he wasn't drafted. In any case, I suspect that he will stay at AV.

Assuming SA's still with RPI (and if he isn't, it wouldn't surprise me to no longer see ET as a recruit for us), he's not going to be too happy about hearing about that...

On Monday, the Alberni Valley Bulldogs lost to to the Surrey Eagles 3-2 in overtime. Evan Tironese had an interference penalty with a misconduct. They trail in the best of seven playoff series 3-0. http://www.bchl.ca/leagues/hockey_bo...0102&link=bchl

I'm sure Seth will be just fine with that...the guy is a sniper and weighs in at about 5'8 150 -- he has to play with an edge or he'd get killed.

The problem was that he got the misconduct for talking back to the ref. That's different from playing with an edge.
