Re: MTU at NMU 12/04/12: WOOF!

Fillion and Sova out, Phillips in net, also playing Brown and APietila in NMU's olympic size barn.....adds up to a tough night for Tech.
Should be a fun one to watch....lots of Penalties and lots of power play goals.
Hopefully, Tech doesn't get anyone hurt or suspended for the Badger series.
Anyone know if Thurber is playing tonight?

The giant "Watch Cats Live" button goes to a silent auction site... good work there fellas.
MTU Hockey fan since I was carried to a game in 1986 - for those counting... that's a lot of depressing hockey. Still love it.

Surrounded by Badger Red in Wisconsin. Such an ugly color, but the beer and cheese are delicious...

This event will be made available for purchase 10 minutes prior to broadcast

Once we have tested the audio and video, and there are no issues, the event becomes "Live".

This generally occurs 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. At this time, you will be able to purchase a single event pass. Thank you for joining us here at America One Sports.
        Additional Purchasing Options

Visit the Northern Michigan events page to see about purchasing a multiple event pass.

And if this is the site you went to: http://www.nmu.edu/sportsathletics/node/57
The link to Watch the Game LIVE! works for me.

          Try THIS, should work.
NMU Hockey Since 1976 ...there at the beginning.

Bill Crawford, LSSU radio announcer, on NMU hockey: "This is their MO right to the tee: get out shot, get out played, keep hangin' in there, just rope-a-dope it in your own zone, get it up the ice, bang it in and win the game."

We found it under the Sports page instead of the hockey page. Speaking of which... Is Athletics too hard for you slow folk down there to understand?

For all the claims your school makes of computational expertise over NMU, I still laugh that, every year I participated in the NMU vs Tech programming competition, we (NMU) won. How embarassing to be beaten by a "liberal arts" school. Also, I dated a girl from Tech and she was, hands down, the hottest girl at Tech. I take great satisfaction in stealing one of he 10 or so only hot females from your school.

                Also, Tech sucks.

Keep it classy Tech. Nothing like fighting with the official at the end of the game. Other than that, great game.

Was there any reason offered for reversing the goal call? Just that Walt didn't want it to count?
Huskies are very intelligent and trainable. Huskies make an excellent jogging companion, as long as it is not too hot. Grooming is minimal; bathing is normally unnecessary.

there's no way that's a real thing. You're making that up.

                          What an epic game.

The hissy fits by the MTU players toward the refs in the third were remarkable....I bet Mel is absolutely ****ed at the team.

This game has me pumped to play Tech more each year!

Had you watched the webstream, you would have been able to see the reply from 4 different views like I did. The Tech player had his skate in the crease and tripped the goalie. It was clear as day. Get over it.

Mel: "I don't care if I get fined. That was simply atrocious."
He mentioned the ****** refs to Walt after the game; Walt's response: "You're just lucky you're not in the CCHA every week."
