It's only mid-November, but this game could determine the Dutchmen's fate this season. If Kinkaid plays well, he will get more playing time. If he doesn't, then it will be up to the Dutchmen offense to outscore teams.
I think it's a tad early to say that it could determine their fate for the season, but based on what I heard from the radio broadcast, Kinkaid has earned more playing time. I wouldn't be shocked to see him start again tonight.
Re: RPI & Union @ Clarkson & St. Lawrence (11/13, 11/14)
Is it too early to say that the road trip into the Capital District may now be the toughest in the ECAC? Probably-but I bet a lot of teams are now preparing for a much tougher time than they used to.

With Cornell's loss, we are the only undefeated travel partners left, so looking blindly at the records, yes. However, anything can (and usually will) happen in the ECAC, so I'll look forward to the rest of the season. As Coach says, one game at a time, one step at a time. Or on here, one post at a time.

Ouch. Dr. D, It's not Thanksgiving, yet. Let's not jinx it. We're all thinking the same on this, but let's not start doing cartwheels, yet. I'm happy for the boys, and fans, of the Albany area. Let's keep it going.

Wouldn't be funny if both RPI and Union made it to Albany and it sold out this year? I agree that it is really too early to think about it.

I wasnt just saying it because Union and RPI had not lost in the league yet-it appears they are both playing a very physically demanding style and banging with teams more than in the past. I realize that Cornell/Colgate is still tough and Princeton/Quinnipiac is no picnic, but there has been a marked change in the Capital District teams in the past year and I think the rest of the league has obviously taken notice of it.

Irony is a beautiful thing to behold. You have to hope....I think almost every fan in the ECAC would enjoy seeing that happen, even if "their team" isn't there, just to put "it" to the league over the AC move.

Except for the cake eater, who would be crying into his Dom.
Keep an open mind. Just don't be so open-minded that your brain falls out.
