Take away all the foreign drafted players from Sweden, Russia, Finland, Czech Republic-then add back a few extra rounds like we had years ago-and we could have had at least 2 drafted players. After losing Pirri and D'Amigo after only one year I am beginning to think it better to have boys who are a bit under the radar coming in.

You are definitely correct that more RPI players would have been drafted under earlier systems.

Ralph and FlagDude are the Mel Kiper and Todd McShay of RPI Recruiting....I can just picture Ralph with the slicked back hair, scouring the internet for information, while FD goes out to the USHL games and other events that potential players are in.

Ralph and FlagDude are the Mel Kiper and Todd McShay of RPI Recruiting....I can just picture Ralph with the slicked back hair, scouring the internet for information, while FD goes out to the USHL games and other events that potential players are in.

I've only been to one USHL game. redhead18 has been to more than me, by far.

Based on what some people say, I'd probably play a better part of Barry Melrose. Just grab a whole bunch of hair product, a bad looking suit, and then talk for hours on end acting like I know what I'm saying.

Based on what some people say, I'd probably play a better part of Barry Melrose. Just grab a whole bunch of hair product, a bad looking suit, and then talk for hours on end acting like I know what I'm saying.

When Barry Melrose is back home in Glens Falls, he can be found around town just doing everyday things... Plaine's for biking & kayaking, Hannaford's for groceries, The Town Tavern for pizza and Jiffy Lube for the car (not the hair).
