Yep, from scooping the lowly freep "journalists" to getting a shoutout on tv, this kid is clearly moving up in the world.

BC landed a very nice high end D today. Will be coming in with class of 2015. Really loading up on the D side going forward....

From USHR: Defenseman Casey Fitzgerald (Malden Catholic) has committed to Boston College for the fall of ’15 or ’16.

                  In 2015 he'll be 25, right in Merrimack's wheelhouse

Nice to see it is officially unofficial (verbal). He was rumored to be a BC verbal way back when Hanifin had verballed, though. At least he is a righthanded D!

Is that 2 or 3 players from this summer/fall '97 Junior Warrior team?

Noah Hanafin is a South Shore Kings and Boston Advantage player. White and Griffin, 2 others who played this fall with Warriors, are both also S Shore Kings products. Played many years for BC"s Neil Shea and that is where their development and success came from. Shea has done a great job over the last 10 years with the 95 and 97 group. Kids popping up left and right as college commits. All 3 were on D 1 maps/radar screens for a few years+
